The Hudson Valley Buddhist Vihara is a community temple and Sunday school for all Buddhists and non-Buddhists in Hudson Valley and surrounding areas.
We greatly appreciate your continued support of our mission to advocate Buddhism, to educate the public in Buddhist principles and traditions, and to provide spiritual guidance to the community.

Project Vision
The Hudson Valley Buddhist Vihara aims to establish a permanent location for our temple, ensuring a stable and serene space for Buddhist practice, meditation, and community activities.
This new vihara will serve as a spiritual and cultural center for devotees, offering Dhamma programs, Sil observances, and meditation retreats in a peaceful environment.

Fundraising Status
To successfully acquire and renovate the new vihara, our target is to raise $300,000.
These funds will be used for the property purchase, loan repayment, and necessary renovations to transform the space into a traditional Buddhist temple.
We invite everyone to participate in this meritorious project and help us establish a permanent temple.
